Spacious Modern Waterfront Vacation Apartment in Kingston, New Hampshire - 100 foot of frontage for swimming, kayaking and fishing. (photos below)

Rent is $900.00 per week for vacation weeks in June, July and August. (see Rates 2008 Season Link)

The apartment consists of:

A full brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator and dishwasher).
Dining is an Oak table with 6 chairs;
Living Room consists of an Ethan Allen sectional sofa, chair, end table and lamps and large screen television;
Bedroom includes one Queen Sized Bed, Oak Bureau; TV and chair (Optional cot) and Walk In Closet.
Private entrance and Parking space.

SHORT TERM RENTAL - $475.00 per week (off season) – one bedroom furnished apartment on beautiful Country Pond in Kingston/Newton, NH.

The building was new construction in 2004. It is located in Kingston, New Hampshire.
